Puget Sound Surgical Inc. operates a full service custom CNC machine shop. We specialize in small lot production of high value medical/surgical instrument parts, with fast turn around times and high quality control standards. The experience of the manufacturing staff allows for seamless operation from drawing to completion. We currently operate high-speed CNC lathes and four axis mills along with a full line of support equipment including hones, EDM, manual machines and CAD/CAM services.
Puget Sound Surgical Inc. currently produces over 1,000 different replacement parts and tools primarily designed for powered surgical instruments. Most parts are in stock, if not on our shelves we have a rapid production schedule. (Catalog available).
