Warranty Information
Puget Sound Surgical warrants all repairs done to instruments or equipment against defects in replacement components, materials and labor. All mechanical components and labor are covered by the warranty for a period of 90 days (3 months), from date of shipment from Puget Sound Surgical. All electrical components are covered by the warranty for a period of 90 days (3 months) from date of shipment.
This warranty extends to all customers, but is limited only to the repair work previously done by Puget Sound Surgical. All instruments or equipment submitted due to defects in replacement components, materials, or labor during the warranty periods will be repaired at no charge to the customer.
This warranty does not apply to any instruments or equipment which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or operation or that has been altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person other than Puget Sound Surgical's authorized repair technicians.
If upon examination by authorized repair technicians it is determined that the malfunction is due to misuse or abuse, warranty provisions will not apply. An estimate of the cost of repair work will be given to the customer prior to repairing the instrument or equipment.
No employees or representative of Puget Sound Surgical has the authority to bind the company to any other warranty, affirmation, or representation concerning any repairs to instruments or equipment. Please Send all warranty repairs to:
